A seasoned marketing, client development and business executive, Kelly brings over 20 years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations with a special niche in the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, construction).
Previously, Kelly served as a firm owner and Principal for a medium-sized architecture firm leading new business development, client relations, communications and HR management. This experience coupled with her many years in the AEC industry has strengthened her perspective and approach when collaborating with clients to achieve firm-wide goals.
Relationship building, strategy, people and culture development are all passions. Kelly brings strong instincts and resourcefulness to the table when it comes to business planning, client acquisition and partnership development.

SARATOGA SENIOR CENTER 14TH MUSIC & MINGLING
Kelly had the opportunity to attend the 14th Annual Music & Mingling event in support of Saratoga Senior Center held at 550 Waterfront on May 15th.
She represented her client, The VMJR Cos., and was accompanied by President Tim Hughes (pictured on the right) and Project Manager Brian Blake (pictured on the left).
30TH ANNUAL U.W. MARX GOLF CLASSIC TO SUPPORT HVCC
As Co-Chair of HVCC's Annual Golf Tournament, Kelly collaborated on the 30th UW Marx Golf Classic which took place on July 15th at the Troy Country Club.
Together with our community supporters, we raised just under $110K! All proceeds went to The Honors College Program. (Pictured Above: Kelly w/ Executive Director, Derek Martin, Co-Chair Leslie King and HVCC mascot, Viking).
AIA NEW JERSEY NEW YORK STATE PENNSYLVANIA
SMALL FIRM SYMPOSIUM
Kelly was recently honored with an invitation to present at the AIA NJ, NY, and PA Small Firm Symposium, focusing on fostering a culture of business development within architecture. The business development training emphasized key principles such as leadership advocacy, cultural development, and establishing accountability goals.
